O'Keefe of Long Beach, CA, Josephine L. D'Agostino (John) of Coopersburg, PA, Jerome M. O'Keefe and Julia E. Hunter (Kerry). He is also survived by 7 nephews; and numerous great-nephews and nieces, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
