With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ray Topper of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 22, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Topper and Helena Topper (Redding). He is survived by: his wife Linda Topper (Theal); his daughters, Amy Watkins (Shawn), Sarah Feeser (Tim) and Emily Gilmore (Steve); his grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Allison Watkins and Natalie Feeser; and his sister Hallie Riedel (John).
