He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lucille Hill (Tudor) and Paul Lucille; and his sister-in-law Vicki L. Hill. He is survived by: his pets, Sophie and Seymour; his wife Linda Spicer Hill; his children, Jordan Hill (Lindsay Armstrong) and Megan (Alex) of Jesus; his grandchildren, Lucille "Lucy" James and Oscar "Ozzy" Edward of Jesus; and his brothers, William "Bill" Hill (Carol), Paul Hill Jr. (Theresa) and Richard "Pat" Hill (Bonnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartenstein Funeral and Cremation Care, Inc. - New Freedom (24 N 2nd St, New Freedom, PA 17349).
In lieu of flowers, Jim expressed his wish for donations to be made in his memory to the following organizations: Parke Memorial UMC (18910 York Rd, Parkton, MD 21120), St. Jude, or Animal Rescue, Inc. (2 Heritage Farm Dr, New Freedom, PA 17349).
