She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harry C. Sweeney; her parents, William H. Trabert and Eva Trabert (McCullough); her son Cary Sweeney (Angela); her grandchildren, Gabriel Sweeney (Mary) and Shannon Sweeney (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Aiden and Azlyn Sweeney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association at 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110 in memory of Hilda.
