She was predeceased by: her husband William U. Black, Sr.; and her sisters, Shirley S. Wood and Doris Hunter. She is survived by: her children, William U. Black, Jr. (Christy) of Mapleton, PA, Sylvia J. Bisker of New Park, Joseph M. Black, Rhoda M. Sheeler (Andy) and Yvonna L. Chenowith (Charles); her grandchildren, Olivia, Will, Sammy, Gary, Leslie, Jaramie, Carl, Jonathan, Jacqueline, David and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Danny, Richard, Peiton, Jasper, Kylian, Jeremy, Lily, Lexi, Ari, Bently and Mika; and her brother Ralph Singer, Jr. of Stewartstown.

Due to the COVID-19 guidelines, masks and social distancing are required and attendance in the funeral home is limited to 25 people at a time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 314 Good Dr, Lancaster, PA 17603 or to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, 19004.
