He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Forry and Beulah Forry-Anthony (Sentz). He is survived by: his spouse MaryAnn Forry (Smith) of New Freedom; his son Matthew Forry (Danae) of Mt; his grandchildren, Evan Forry, Cara Discavage, Austin Forry and Aaron Forry; his siblings, Janet Langheim (Robert) of York, Ken Forry (Joann) of York and George Anthony of York; and also Wolf.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Summit Grove Camp, 140 S. Front St., New Freedom, PA 17349.
