It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra K. West of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin R. Shook and Mable L. Shook Lane (Carneal). She is survived by: her brother Timothy R. Shook of Nemacolin; her sister-in-law Cammie Kovach (George) of Jefferson; her nieces and nephews, Heather Shook (Kayla), Cody Shook (Brittany) and KJ Shook; her sister Tina Harper; and her stepfather Clyde T. Lane.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
