He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Pauline Heath (Hackler); his parents, James W. and Lena (Thomas); his daughter Rose Heath; and his siblings, R. T. Heath, R. C. Heath, T. J., R. J. Heath, James Heath and Agnes Pruett.

He is survived by: his children, Johnny Heath (Tamie) and Janice Boyd (Gary); his grandchildren, David (Melissa), Heidi (Danny), Kendi (Bradly), Brandon (Stephanie), Dylan (Alicia), Audrei (Matthew), Dakota (Jennifer) and Tyler (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Braydin, Maddex, Preston, Heath, Hopelyn, Aurelia, Peyton, Annalee, Roland, Mila, Carson, Emmeline, Harper and Jaxston; and his siblings, Bob Heath and Juanita Keener (Jake).
