Slater (New Freedom, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Slater and Clara M. Slater (Ivory); and his siblings, Patricia L. Baran (Chuck) and Thomas J. Slater. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Slater (Tress); his sons, Craig E. Slater (Amy L.) and Shawn R. Slater (Kimberly C.); his grandchildren, Mitchell K. Slater (Alyssa Rankin), Noah M. Slater (Samantha), Evan S. Slater, Tressa C. Slater, Lachlan Daniel Slater and Lylah I. Slater; his siblings, John H. "Jack" Slater (Joan) and Sibol (Michael); and his sister-in-law Carlyn Slater. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
