She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Frank and Shirley Ann; and her husband Anthony Allen Tubbs. She is survived by: her daughter Alisha D. Tubbs (Nick Helsel); her grandson Garrett Helsel of New Freedom; her sister Anita Elaine Sullivan; her nephew Ciaran Sullivan; and her close friend Joseph F Graleski, Jr. of New Freedom.
