He is survived by: his parents, Charles A. Meinecke and Diana B. Meinecke (Collins) of Freeland, MD.; his daughter Randi Bulkley (Ben); his sisters, Karen Lynn Riley and Cindy C. Meadowcroft (Bill); his nieces, Lauren Robinson (Chris) and Jennifer Lleras (Jaime); his nephew Tom Meadowcroft; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lettie, Delia, Wade and Diego. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. (24 N 2nd St, New Freedom, PA 17349). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (18310 Middletown Rd, Parkton, MD 21120).
