Frey (New Freedom, Pennsylvania), born in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Donna L. Frey (Martin); and his siblings, Gerald Frey, Devona Seitz, James Frey, Norma Rehmeyer and Joan Weikle.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas D. Frey (Carolyn) of Wasilla, AK and Deborah L. Payne (Charles) of York; his grandchildren, Charles D. Frey, Jeffrey A. Frey (Kelsey), Corbin J. Rinehart (Stephanie) and Andrew M. Rinehart (Jazmine); and his great grandchildren, Rhett, Rowan and Carson Rinehart.
