It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burl Lee Wolfe (New Freedom, Pennsylvania), born in Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Owen and Ethel Mae Wolfe; his wife Doris L. Wolfe; his brothers, Willard and Douglas; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Marjie; and his granddaughters, Kathleen and Angela Mae.
He is survived by: his son Donald E. Wolfe; his granddaughters, Lisa Lucas, Rachel Wolfe and Donna Wolfe; his great grandchildren, Garrett Lucas, Uriah Patterson and Angela Freya Ledford; and also Eveline England.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
