She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Mae McGraw (Zeigler) and Joseph Clyde Cook; her stepfather George "Tate" McGraw; her daughter Debbie Ann Helfrey; her sister Delores Cook; and her nephew Curtis E. Noragong.
She is survived by: her close friend Sally Sites; her daughter Stacy Houston-Flaherty (Tim); her grandchildren, Drew and Allison Flaherty; her sister Judy Octerbeck; her stepbrother George McGraw (Carol); her nephew Steve Herbert (Lori); and her niece Annette Noragong.
