It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Marie LaBarre Mann (New Freedom, Pennsylvania), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Willard LaBarre and Lawrence "Larry" Mann; her father Josiah Earl Biddison, Sr.; and her siblings, Josiah, Jr., William, John and Audrey.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary LaBarre (Debbie) and Dave LaBarre (Sally); her grandchildren, Dawn, Michael, Katie and Phillip; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Evan, Kenzie and Kevin.
