He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester William Joseph and Elda Irene Felton (Irwin); and his siblings, Daryl, James, Robert, Paul Felton and Elaine Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Felton (Nesbit); his children, Carlene Nicholson (Gerald) and William Felton; his grandchildren, Ashley Novosat (Pete) of Johnstown, Daniel Nicholson (Haley) of Johnstown and Jordan Pletcher (Liz) of Johnstown; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Harper Nicholson and Jax Fry-Pletcher; and his sister Jean Marsh.
