He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Robinson). He is survived by: his siblings, Guy Bloom, Irene Schaffer, Rowena Stickney and Gladys Peterson; his children, Jacqueline Wagner of Windber, Jennifer Mays of Oregon, Pamela Bloom of New Florence and Douglas Bloom of Virginia; his grandchildren, Stephan Mays of Oregon, Jesse Hall of Johnstown and Laurel Helms of Windber; and his great grandchild Madelyn Helms of Windber.
