It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Luther Baird (New Florence, Pennsylvania), born in Bolivar, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent David Baird; his wife Ethel Louise Baird; and his siblings, David Baird, Jr., Charles Baird and Betty Lou Baird.
He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Baird (Johns); his children, Nancy Boring, Patricia Baird (Michael) of Bolivar and David Baird; his grandchildren, Misty Thomas (Robert), Scott, Charlene Amanda, Christy, Mitchell and Shawn (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Cassidy, Abby, Allen, Sierra, Destiny, Daniel and Brooklyn; his sister-in-law Wilma Baird; and his pet Brandy.
