He is survived by: his wife Carol Clark (Lindsey); his daughters, Tammy Blystone (Greg), Tanya Henry and Ronda Minor (Matt) of Holly Springs, NC.; his son-in-law Brian Henry; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ashlynn, Laken Blystone, Kyle, Megan, Cassidy Henry, Madison and Caden Minor; and his siblings, Robert Clark (Connie), Judy Garshnick (Ron) and Debbie Ludwig (Randy). He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
