He was predeceased by: his parent Chester R., Sr.; and his brothers, William George, Lyle P., Chester R., Jr. and Donald Fisher.
He is survived by: his parent Ella Fisher (Brendlinger); his daughters, Sherri Progar (Ralph) and Deborah Williams (Brien) of Denver, NC.; his grandchildren, Lauren Maskelony, Philip of Rochester and Elizabeth Garcia; and his stepgrandchild Susan Progar of Monaca. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren.
