He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ferris and Selma Ferris (Wood); and his siblings, Abe, Dean, George, Robert Ferris, Salley Ferris and Ann Dollard.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ferris (Uncapher); his children, Phillip R. Ferris (Jo Anne) and Shari L. Dunlap (Terry) of Albany, NY.; his grandchildren, Mark Ferris (Nicole), Matthew Ferris, Madison Dunlap and Evan Dunlap; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Jacob and Eli Ferris.
