She was predeceased by: her brother Mark W. Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Glenn A. Smith and Mary H. Smith (Capasso) of Youngwood; her husband Walter C. Barkley; her brother Glenn L. Smith (Suzanne); her sister-in-law Karen Campbell (Jim); her nieces and nephews, Kirsten, Pat Wasson, Caleb Campbell and Amanda; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Heather Campbell and Keven; her nephew Daniel Kraft; and her children, Alyssa and Evan. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Flowers are welcome, however the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 100 Lincoln St., Youngwood, PA 15697.
