He was predeceased by: his parents, I. Eben Loughner and Sadie S. Loughner (Hamilton). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. (Brougher); his daughters, Janice Devlin (Ron) of Greencastle, PA and Cindy Hause; and his sister Naida Kelecava. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters, six great-grandchildren.
