She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Garland and Aileen Garland. She is survived by: her husband Cecil; her daughters, Diana Hickman (Jim) and Cindy Shoup (Todd); her siblings, Galen "Kooch" Garland (Leora Jean), Rita Ressler (Galen), Allen "Pud" Garland (Linda) and Sally McClain (Don); and her sister-in-law Hope Garland. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Hilltop Baptist Church or VNA/Hospice of Indiana County.
