It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry E. Sloan (New Florence, Pennsylvania), born in Gray, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Sloan and Mary O. Sloan (Short); his wife Rosemma Irene Sloan (Detwiler); his son Lawrence "Buddy" Sloan; his great grandchild Isaiah Sowers; and his siblings, Francis Sloan, Ida A. Sloan and Mary Rita Sloan.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Clawson (David), Rose Ann Smith (Robert "Smitty"), Bonnie Galbraith, Wanda Sloan (Bruce Yeagley), Gale Sloan, Audrey Sloan, Debbie Marsh (Kory) and Dale Sloan; and his siblings, Charles "Len" Sloan and June Ann Sloan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-Grandchildren.
