He is survived by: his wife Yvonne "Bonnie" Page (Gentile); his children, Scott Page of Frederick, MD, Jeffrey Page (Mary Lee), Todd Page, Gregory Page (Tracey) and Elaine Page; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Richey (Josh), Annie, Ava, Dante, Kennidy and Gabi Page; his great grandchildren, Hazel, McCoy, Willow and Stetson; and his siblings, Donald Page (Sandy), Jacqueline McKeown and Catherine Fetsko (George).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice in Jerry's name.
