She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Duncan and Vernie Duncan (Howard); her husband Lawrence Bailey, Jr.; her grandsons, James Foster and Hunter Figard; and her siblings, Clarence Duncan, Lillie Duncan, Pearl Stitt, Velma Deemer, Nora Krouse and Arthur Leroy Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Bailey (Patricia), Joseph Bailey (Wendy) of Sykesville, MD, Cindy Foster (Samuel), Clyde and Karen Barlak (Chuck); her grandchildren, Justin Foster (Danielle) of Parma, OH, Larissa Krell (Bruce), Lucas Bailey (Haylee Anders) and Charles Bailey; her great grandchild Mya Jolene; and her sisters, Sally Buzzinotti (James), Mary Ellen Miller and Blac Llick.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
