He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Boring and Tessie Boring (Shilling); his son Neal E. Boring; and his siblings, Jean Boring, Bert Boring, Monroe Boring and Betts Boring.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Boring (Pavlick) of New Florence, PA; his son Stephen Boring (Becky); and his grandson Chet Boring.
