She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond W Peters and Joan Peters (Switzer). She is survived by: her husband John Mulligan; her stepson Andrew Mulligan; and her brothers, Raymond Peters and Carl Peters (Shirley) of Uniontown, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
