He was predeceased by: his grandmother Loretta Crusan (Jeanne). He is survived by: his mother Tamara Banks; his brother Cameron of Ephrata, PA; and his grandfather Carl Crusan of Bolivar, PA.. He is also survived by Loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Anthony was a 2006 Graduate of Laurel Valley High School, when shortly thereafter was in a horrific accident putting him in a vegetative state, where he was then placed at the Denver Nursing home in Ephrata, treated and loved by so many until he could no longer continue the fight against Covid.
