He is survived by: his wife Linda Dively (Shaffer); his children, Mark Dively (Laura) and Marlene Johnson (Glen) of New Enterprise; his grandchildren, Diana Johnson (late Travis Hetrick), Evie Ferrell (Levi), Ruger Dively, Lena Dively, Kelsey Dively and Campbell Detwiler; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Amelia, Alexander, Bradley, Harper and Chloe; and his brother John Dively (JoAnn) of New Enterprise.
