She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Blair and Edith Gertrude Winter (Defibaugh); her husband Edgar M. Jarrett Sr.; her daughter Francis M. Smith; her grandsons, Todd and Troy Smith; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah A. Jarrett and Weston A. Garland.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Thomas (Carl) of Dagsboro, DE, Dixie Ebersole (Paul) of New Enterprise, Edgar M. "Bub" Jarrett, Jr. (Karen) of Fort Loudon, Allen L. Jarrett of Yellow Creek and Harry B. Jarrett (Vickie) of New Enterprise; and her son-in-law William D. Smith. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
