He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Worth and Nannie Kirkman (Smith); and his siblings, Wilma, Peggy, Mary and Jesse.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kirkman (Mapes); his children, Ginger Bowman of New Enterprise and Patrick Kirkman (Carolyn) of Yadkinville, NC; his grandchildren, Justin, Zachary, Cameron, Grace, Christopher and Angelina; and his sisters, Betty Burton, Lucille Whitaker and Doris Kirkman.
