He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel B. Sr. Hoffman and Eliza Hoffman (Dooley); his wife Shirley; and his grandson Ryan Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Brallier (Daniel) of Harrisburg and Richard A. Hoffman (Rita) of Mechanicsburg.
