He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Snyder and Jennie Snyder (Stone); and his wife Sandra Lee Snyder (Guyer). He is survived by: his son Matthew D. Snyder (Christine) of New Enterprise; his grandchildren, Zane G. Snyder (Makenzie) and Sydney G. Snyder; his great grandchild Jamison Emmert Snyder; and his brothers, Paul, Samuel and Rodney Snyder.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Dale's name can be made to the Woodbury Church of the Brethren.
