He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas I. Claycomb and Abi Claycomb (Hitechew); his wife Betty R. Claycomb (Swartz); and his siblings, Stanley, Eugene (Tom), Robert Claycomb, Dorothy Reighard and Martha Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Carol J. Rugh of New Enterprise and Steve A. Claycomb (Linda) of New Enterprise; his granddaughter Jessica Claycomb of Roaring Spring; his sisters, Norma Imler, Ida Hay and Anna Mary Clapper; and his caregivers, Elisha, Joann and Kathy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Clyde's name may be given to UPMC Bedford Hospice or the Potter Creek Lutheran Church.
