It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Clapper of New Enterprise, Pennsylvania, born in Loysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard K. Beach and Iva Beach (Grubb); her husband Clyde Emanuel Clapper; her son Stephen Clapper; and her grandchildren, Christy Martin and Jeremy Clapper.
She is survived by: her son Barry (Risa) of Locust Grove, VA; her daughter-in-law Risa; her siblings, Glen Beach, Kenneth Beach, Ruth Dyer and Delores Hershberger; her children, Sharon Miller (Dwight) of Roaring Spring, PA, Susan Young (Vernon) of Hopewell, PA, Barb Miller (Ted) of Clearville, PA and Tim (Denise) of Linn Creek; her daughter-in-law Debra Alling of Monroe, GA.; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Josh, Philip, Marissa, Cassondra, Jennifer, Becky and Doug. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
