She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester E. Swartz and Mary Swartz (Ulery); her husband Joseph F. Wachter, IV; and her daughter Teresa Wachter. She is survived by: her children, Joseph F. Wachter and Lisa Parfitt (John) of Sanford, FL; and her sister Josephine Brayfield (Greg) of Georgia.
