He is survived by: his parents, Malcolm Moulds of Haverhill and Denise Alexandroff Moulds of Haverhill; his wife Nancy Potisek Moulds; his brother Antony Moulds (Lesley Bird) of Ixworth; his brother-in-law Alison Kent (Andy) of Weeting; his nephew Terry Norton of Weeting; his father-in-law Albert "Leo" Potisek of Belle Vernon; his sister-in-law Susan Toporcer (Michael) of Vestaburg; and also, Bury St, Michael Toporcer and Matthew Toporcer.
