It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard B. Charlton of New Eagle, Pennsylvania, born in Millsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Charlton and Katherine Charlton (Garner); his wife Melanie M. Charlton (Koch); and his brothers, William R. "Bib", John W. and James G. Charlton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimmi Charlton, Jodi Brooks and Christy Haffly; his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Roberts (Doug) of Rostraver Twp and Linda Fritz; his niece Leslie Charlton; his nephews, David Charlton of Austin, TX and Matthew Charlton of Ill; and his friends, Ron, Ellen Palmer of New Eagle, John Porter of Bethel Park and Karen Young.
