He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Mazzie; his wife Nancy Mazzie; his granddaughter McKenzie Swope; and his siblings, Anthony and Robin.
He is survived by: his parent Lucille Russo (Allen); his children, Jason Baker (Tracie) of Lemont Furnace, Holly Smith of Belle Vernon and Molly Crouse (Adam) of Smock; his grandchildren, James, Autumn, Gage, Kaylynn, Kaden, Avigail Lemont Furnace, Alicia Smith of Belle Vernon, Hannah Crouse, Nancy Crouse of Smock and Ethan Baker of Smock; his great grandchild Gracelyn Crouse; and his siblings, Karen, Dan, Linda and Sherry.
