He was predeceased by: his father Ronald O'Lexa Sr.; and his stepfather Robert VanKirk. He is survived by: his mother Patricia VanKirk (Behanna) of Finleyville; and his siblings, Ronald O'Lexa Jr. of Greensburg, Kim (Frank Guarinoni) of Monongahela and Sherry (Dan Biles) of Finleyville. He is also survived by nephew, eight nieces and several aunts and uncles.
