She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Letavec; and her siblings, John "Jake", Michael Warchola, Steve Warchola, Ann Dyer, Mary Luker, Bertha Miscik, Laura Pucell, Catherine Moscato and Betty Caulkett.
She is survived by: her parents, Steve Warchola and Mary Blasko Warchola; her son Larry Letavec (Jeff Groff) of Philadelphia; and her brother Robert Warchola of Frederick, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
