Polefko; his great grandchildren, Sydney and Bailey Smith; his former wife Barbara Bishop of Monongahela; and his siblings, Mary Louise Shimel, Rose Marie Pawlowski, Shirley Breitkreutz, Helen "Margie" Polefko, James and Joseph Polefko.
