We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2020, at the age of 92, Jannette Mele (New Eagle, Pennsylvania), born in Reynoldsville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Bruno and Mary Bruno (Scotchell); her husband Samuel R. Mele; her siblings, Dolly Weir, Millie Tumbrey, Rose Moscari, Grace Annie, Irene Bordo and Frank Bruno; and her son-in-law Gary Holibaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Susan (Kevin Dunham), Bernadette Holibaugh of Monongahela, Sammy Mele Jr. of Casa Grande, AZ and Ronnie Mele of New Eagle; her grandchildren, Michael J. Holibaugh (Savannah), Christina Fowler (Dennis), Eric Mele (Amanda), Shane Mele and Kerrie Rose Dunham; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Colton Fowler, Berlyn, Farrah Grace, Kash Holibaugh and Emilyn Mele; and her daughter-in-law Cheri (Bob Bartman). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, a private family funeral was held on Saturday April 18, 2020 in the Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767 followed by Entombment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, (Carroll Twp.).
