He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Fine and Marie Fine (Petrunia); and his wife Lavona Fine (Bianchi). He is survived by: his sons, John B. Fine (Lynda) of McDonough, GA and Charles M. "Chas" Fine (Tara) of New Eagle; and his grandchildren, Brandi Elmore (Tony), Cody, Megan and Aiden Fine.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall Marra Funeral Home (216 Chess St, Monongahela, PA 15063). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
