He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine G. McLaughlin and Dorothy Lonkoski McLaughlin; his son-in-law Larry Axton; and his brother Blaine McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. McLaughlin; his children, Debbie Axton of Monongahela and Frank McLaughlin, Jr. of New Castle; his grandchildren, Brandi Axton, Lauri Mosley, Frank R. McLaughlin (Pam) and Brooke McLaughlin (Brian); his great grandchildren, Brody, Laney Susick and Hayden Scheidemantle; and his sister-in-law Donna McLaughlin of Charleroi.
