He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Gibson, and Eleanor Gibson, Sr. (Rollison) of New Eagle. He is survived by: his son David Gibson (Tricia); his grandchildren, Mallory, Nina and Benjamin; his children, Benae Eakins (Devron) of Clarksburg and Melissa Mulhollen (Josh); and his grandchildren, Henry and Nora of Arlington, Virginia..
