He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lenzi and Julia Franceshi Lenzi; his daughter Leslie Ann; his brother Robert Lenzi; his sister-in-law Carol Lenzi; and his son-in-law Matthew Smelser.
He is survived by: his child Happy Go Lucky; his wife Rita Williams Lenzi; his children, Alfred Lenzi, II (Denise) of Monongahela and Lynn Smelser of Charleroi; his grandchildren, Adam Lenzi, Krisi Secrist (Justin), Logan and Adriana Smelser; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Ryatt Secrist; his brothers, Louis Lenzi of Monongahela and Charles Lenzi (Joanne) of Hollister, California; and his brother-in-law Steve Timko. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
