He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Desport and Emma Klosnick Desport; and his siblings, George Desport and Lillian Moonis. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Probst Desport; his children, Denise McManamy (Tony Falbo), Amy Bleehash and Kellie Taylor (Dean); his grandsons, Derek Rich, Dominic Rich, Zachary Taylor (Kassidy) and Jacob Taylor; his great grandchild Kinsley Grace; his brother John "Bo" Desport Sr.; and his brother-in-law Henry Probst (Nick Cindric).
